Went to a listing appointment yesterday morning and took him along. I often do when meeting with strangers, mostly out of an old habit. Others also love to discuss the furnace and electrical with him, show him the plumbing. It’s all good. Yesterday was a phenomenal duplex in the city near the lakes, very beautiful.

This week was 80 degrees, first time it has been that warm since last October. It was pretty amazing. We just went around smiling for no reason–felt so good to be outside. That frog with the light up eyes was a birthday gift from my niece. He’s such a wacky guy there on the table.
