The band concert was just beautiful. This band director gets a lot of music out of kids.
He’s encouraging and helpful, and he’s good at selecting music that suits the group and their abilities.

And then on this instrument. He plays percussion. That’s what they do with piano players.
Julia’s in there hiding somewhere. She played trumpet, but has been encouraged to also learn French Horn, so she’s been working on that this fall.
