They were cooking the fish they caught. The guy in the blue shirt asked me quite directly, “How do people know what animals taste so good?” I didn’t even know what to say. This is a first experience of a direct connection with this, not meat from a package. I told him I didn’t know how sunfish can be as tasty as they are.
