Clouds were dramatic and overtaking the sky after the rain. Earlier in the day I escaped to the patio and sat in a chair in the beating sun and let the heat wash over me, surrounded by catalpa flowers and their sweet, powdery scent, wind tossing the maple branches, green grass and dark sky. Time

It was an absolutely beautiful day. I fetched boxes from the garage for them to work on. The younger brother wanted to eat lunch on the roof deck. It was very pretty up there, butterflies in the Catalpa tree. Later we walked up to the park. The baby was the bigger attraction than the park.
