Saturday night we went over to Schuller’s where they have live music.  The band was called Drink 182, so expectations low, but they were great–funny, told jokes, played old 90s music, totally enjoyable evening. This is always fun. The ideas are so creative, and the time and effort in each project is pretty impressive. Friday morning the two grandpas met there first thing in the morning to view the projects.  We went later today too, so I could check them out. They leave the display boards up through Sunday

Jay went to the other game, but didn’t take any pictures.  It was a back to back game situation. Sounded tiring for the kids, so much running. This was the last day and they gave out participation awards. Aww, so nice. Love, Grandma 

We had this guy on Monday. He loves doing this, throwing all the board books down the stairs. When he ran out of books and started tossing down heavy toys, that was time to find a new activity. Oh and this.  We discussed his presence in this room for a few minutes. Then I said,

Before the basketball game we bought snacks for the Superbowl and later made our way back home. At the grocery store there were kids in football jerseys who clearly were bagging groceries as a fundraiser. I didn’t notice them at first, but all at once there were little football players all crowding around the cart.
