  We made it to the cabin today to turn on the water and get summer started.    The power company cut down some trees, so things looked odd to us. The swamp is full–and it was getting noisy even by 4:30 when we left. We turned on the heat, but the house never did fully warm

It was cold, but mostly okay. Except for today when it rained and snowed. John and Dannell had their tenth anniversary.   This was their gift, this crazy pumpkin trio.
