This has been a quiet week, lots of working, not much else. Dad’s working on drawings for a job.   Julia and Tim worked on long division for a while.   That’s not an easy thing to learn–many steps to remember.   Our friend is the guy in front in the goggles.  He normally spends New Year’s Eve with us, but this year he stayed over on Sunday night instead.   The other guy is t.c., who happened to call on the phone.  I teased him, “Yeah, we’re having a sleepover. You should come too.”   His parents

For many years now, we have spent Christmas Day with Mark and Barb and Jay’s parents.   It’s a very laid back good time, gifts for the children, lots to eat.   That’s Barb there, quite the fabulous cook.   Besides the cooking, she’s –well, I’ve told Mark best thing he ever did was marry her.  The usual rowdies
