They were looking for something to do, so we cracked open the cabinet. Bath bombs! The party, Sunday afternoon, to celebrate that little girl’s fourth birthday. It was exciting and quite loud. All that spaceship gear on her head is just monitoring equipment, ready to observe any seizure activity. There were seizures earlier in the week, quite terrifying, but in between she was wiggly and cute and alert. Tests were run. Her nurses and doctors are so responsive and caring. They discontinued one medication and started anti-seizure

We met over at the hospital. I have not seen my little peanut in over a week as she struggled her way through RSV. They don’t encourage visitors. No additional germs or people, please. But she’s doing a little better, and it was lovely to be there with them. Heidi was able to hold her
This little girl has held her own all week, and today her doctors said they see improvement. All week we’ve been glad for holding steady. RSV can be serious trouble, and for her it was. Even if it’s only a little improvement, we are relieved and encouraged. So much love, Sweetheart, Love, Grandma and Grandpa
