Love, Grandma

The yard is truly disgusting. I hope to tackle this over the weekend, but right now?  It’s disturbing. Otherwise, the week has been quiet and lovely.  I took the pedicure spa over to Heidi’s for fun.  They enjoyed it thoroughly.  So the dog has thrown herself down on the baby blankets and the boppy. Why?

 Repaired the windows, last time we worked these over was about 25 years ago.  The rotten parts were cut away and replaced with new wood, putty all fixed up.   When that’s dry we can repaint and hopefully they’ll be all set for another 25 years. So glad it’s spring.   Love, Val

 Kids are home from college for now, and Heidi and Joe stopped over this afternoon.  Kirsten showed up, and supper was festive and fun, and these guys laughed and played a board game.  It was a very nice ending to a very nice weekend. Love, Mom

This girl had a splinter in her foot, so I brought this out to see if it would help.  She loves water, messing with water, playing in the water, so she loved this.  It took a little while for them to get up the courage to put their feet in, but then they were happy
