 There were pine needles everywhere. Here’s all the mish-mash of weird Christmas lights wound up to confuse and frustrate us next year.  We hosted Christmas Eve last night, very fun.  Jay did a test run on the Swedish Meatballs a couple weeks ago–all good.  Franklin Delano! He’s so sweet, has been such a superb Christmas guest.  She’s also superb, but not a dog. She’s an emotionl human child doing her best.  So is this one.  Our family Christmas party was on the 23rd. It was a feast and celebration, so much fun. It was Kenya’s birthday, beautiful, patient girl.

 The big sister kept covering up the little sister more and more, telling me the tiny baby was cold.  The tiny baby didn’t care. She finds her sister amusing.  She’s also little and slouches quite a bit, so I tucked doll pillows  behind her back and on the sides.  She was cool with all this.
