It was a nice evening to be together. I was glad I’d taken the night off and could spend it with you.
Gifts!
That child in the middle is a neighbor kid.
Forty-one candles!
The new way we put them out in covid times. It definitely works.
This was a sad birthday though. It is hard to say good bye to a good old dog.
It’s good she had that last fun weekend at the lake–never knew things were going to take a turn so quickly.
It’s been lovely knowing you, Sweet Bella, the barking at airplanes and tearing the swiffer sheet off the swiffer in a mad frenzy, all the silky feeling of you in our arms, pointy nose and pointy chest, tiny paws.
Love and peace to you, old friend.
Daniel, Happy Birthday. I hope the next year is full of wonderful days and can’t wait to see what’s next.
Love forever and always, Mom and Dad
